Project Mgr III - Gen

Position responsibilities: ? Lead multi-functional business program teams using GDPEP product launch processes. Assume overall program responsibility from initial customer quotation through post-launch product life cycle management. ? Planning: Develop program launch sequence, primary milestone identification, master timelines, and schedules for business program integration. ? Execution: Manage program activity to meet performance metrics including budget, profitability, schedule adherence, and product functional capability. ? Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program reports including schedule and metrics status, open issues and actions, and change management (EC) summary. Develop program gate review documentation and program books in support of GDPEP process requirements. ? Communication: Conduct program meetings and management gate reviews. Function as primary program contact within the ZF organization, and with OEM customers. ? Coordinate functional activities, and ensure matrix resource efficiencies to achieve program objectives. Matrix functions include Sales, Product Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Materials, and Finance. ? Manage capital and tooling expenditure appropriation requests (CEA). Ensure CEA spending achieves budget metrics. ? Manage projects as required by business needs (ex.: supply base management, operations changes, cost reduction initiatives). Education: B.S. degree (Engineering, Technology, or Business Management). ? Certifications: PMP certification desirable. Experience and Skill Requirements Qualifications: ? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
